I am not a cliché, hands-off, “uh huh” listener—I will guide you in deconstructing lifelong patterns and help you replace them with more preferred behaviors. You’ll get direct access to me for all of your questions about dating, relationships, and mental health. This is a unique monthly subscription service offered to clients seeking access to specialized coaching in a brief format.
